Your product does not work properly – what now?
We are sorry that you have trouble with one of our products. This is not at all consistent with our philosophy which aims at achieving full customer satisfaction. Of course we will help you as fast as possible in case of a complaint. Before sending your product back to us, please first change the batteries. (To check chargers only use rechargeable batteries.)
You do NOT need a Return Material Authorization (RMA) or a reference number in order to send back a product to our service department. Please send the stamped parcel to the following address:
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns that are not prepaid!
In case of a return please enclose the following:
- Warranty certificate (copy of sales receipt)
- Faulty device + accessories (it is not mandatory to send back the original packaging)
In order to handle your complaint without any delay please complete the service card online and send it to us together with the product.
